1) Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Super Tech Dude (�we�, �us�, �our�) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile applications on Google Play (the �Apps�), and the choices you have.

2) Information We Collect

Depending on the App and how you use it, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide (e.g., support requests, feedback, content you submit in the App).
• Device and app information (e.g., device model, operating system version, language, app version, unique device identifiers, and crash logs).
• Usage information (e.g., screens viewed, features used, taps/clicks, session duration, and diagnostics).
• Approximate location (only if the App requests it and you grant permission). We do not collect precise location unless explicitly stated in the App and you provide permission.
• Account information (only if the App supports accounts; e.g., email address or username).
• Payment information: Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase status and subscription information from Google.

3) Permissions & Sensitive Data

Some Apps may request permissions (for example, camera, photos/media, microphone, contacts, or location) to provide features. We only use these permissions for the purpose described at the time of the request and in the App.

We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required in your country) without appropriate consent. See the �Children� section below.

If an App processes sensitive personal information (such as precise location, health info, financial info, government IDs, sexual orientation, etc.), it will only do so as necessary for the feature you use, and with appropriate notice and consent as required by law and Google Play policies.

4) How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Apps and their features
• Process and verify purchases/subscriptions (through Google Play)
• Improve performance, stability, and user experience
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

5) Sharing of Information

We may share information in the following cases:

• Service providers that help us run the Apps (e.g., crash reporting, analytics, cloud hosting), under contractual obligations to protect the data.
• Google Play for billing and app distribution, consistent with Google�s policies and your settings.
• Legal and safety if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or our business.
• Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset sale), where information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6) Analytics, Advertising, and Third-Party SDKs

Some Apps may use third-party SDKs (such as analytics or advertising providers). These providers may collect device identifiers and usage data to provide their services.

• Analytics: Used to understand how the App is used and to improve reliability and performance.
• Advertising (if applicable): Ads may be provided by third parties. Ad partners may use identifiers to show relevant ads.

Where required, we will request your consent before using advertising identifiers or similar tracking technologies. You can often control ad personalization through your device settings and Google settings.

7) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Apps, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and App feature.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Your Choices & Controls

You may have the following options (depending on the App):

• Disable certain permissions in your device settings (e.g., location, camera, microphone)
• Reset or limit advertising identifiers in your device settings
• Opt out of certain analytics or personalized ads where available
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your information (see �Contact Us�)

10) International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When we transfer information internationally, we take steps to protect it as required by applicable law.

11) Children�s Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your country) unless explicitly stated. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App listing or within the App, and update the �Effective date� above. Your continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
